I've never scored below a 90th percentile on a shelf and have honored all third year clerkships except psych (still a 90 on the shelf), and I owe a lot of that to this resource.Uworld added a TON of surgery questions this year so I think Uworld surgery + relevant IM parts will be more than enough. Most of the COMAT questions were "next best diagnostic test" or "next best step in management". A good portion of the questions were biliary/GI related followed by breast ... This isn't the case for all shelfs, though. IM shelf last year had μ=78 and σ=7 which does correlate to 76th percentile, but surgery shelf μ=74 and σ=8, which correlates to 83rd percentile.
